The holiday apartments are in July and August rented per week, from Saturday till Saturday.
For all other months you can select every all day to arrive or depart, with a minimum stay of 4 days, at the check-in calendar.
Small pets are allowed on the entire property
with the exception of the garden by the pool, there are no pets allowed, they must also be kept on a leash at all times and not cause any nuisance. A € 25 final cleaning fee will be charged for this.
Once you have completed your booking, you will receive an e-mail with the confirmation that your booking in option.
As we have checked all your data you will receive a rental agreement containing the details of your reservation.
We kindly ask you to check this information, if you accept the you have to confirm by email.
In the rental agreement we ask you kindly to:
- pay 50% of the rental amount within 4 weeks at our bank account.
- the other 50% within 6 weeks before arriving at “Casas Sitori” .
- If your booking takes place within 6 weeks before arrival at “Casas Sitori” you’ll have to pay the full rental fee directly.
If we do not receive the rent within the set period, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without refund of the rent already received by us.
Failure to pay the rent does not mean that the cancellation conditions are no longer in force
The rental price as shown on the website, is not binding, the amount on the rental contract listed is binding for the booked period for that apartment.
We therefore ask you to check out the rental contract and contact us if you have any comments about this.
In addition, we charge a fixed amount of
€42,- per reserved week or
€6,- per reserved day for the use of: electricity and water. This amount is included in the rental agreement so that you do not have to pay anything upon arrival.
Tourist tax is also charged at
€1,- per day per adult (from 18 years), with a maximum of
€7,- per person per stay, this is also immediately settled in the rental agreement.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation must be motivated and send by e-mail or registered letter.
a. up to 42 days before entering the apartment, we charge 20% of the rental price.
b. starting from 42 days before entering the apartment, we charge 35% of the rental price.
c. from 28 days before entering the apartment, we charge 50% of the rental price.
d. from 7 days and if there’s no cancellation and no appearance we’ll charge 100% of the rental price.
Final cleaning and damage deposit:
We don't charge cleaning fees and no deposit, we expect of our tenants that they leave the rented apartment in orderly and fairly good condition upon departure.
If, unfortunately, something should get broken or lost, we request you to report it to the administrator. He or she will work with you to identify and assess the damage costs to be paid or which may or may not be.
Liability:
Entering the complex and the use of the facilities including the swimming pool, is entirely at own risk of the tenant.
The landlord can’t be held responsable for any damage caused during your stay on the complex;
